CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. This is where members of the community buy shares of a farmโs harvest in advance to help share in the cost of production and lessen the need for marketing. This gives the farmer time to worry about whatโs really important - taking care of the land and growing high quality produce for their members. We offer a traditional CSA model which is typically not customizable; produce varies week to week dependent upon what's ready in the garden. Some weeks won't have any options, some weeks will. It can be a fun culinary challenge; however, if you're not up for a little challenge, this may not be the best option for you.
2. ๐ง๐ถ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
Weekly pickups will go from September to November. We aim for the first week of September; but, weather plays a big role in exactly what week it will start. Email updates will go out closer to September.
3. ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
Members will be able to choose a full or half share. Full share is $35/week and will accommodate a household of 4+. Half share is $20/week and is more suited for a 1-2 person household. Members will receive a total of 10 weeks of produce. **Weekly shares come in a reusable produce box for full share members. We provide 2 boxes per member, per season. Please return your box weekly at pickup or leave your box on your porch if opting for delivery. The need for any additional boxes will be $4.
4. ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:

As of right now, the pickup window will continue to be Sunday afternoons from 2-4 on farm (a few minutes from Jamestown High School). Delivery will be a $5 additional charge per week this go around and is still offered only for Williamsburg/JCC area. Deliveries will start immediately after the pickup window ends. We harvest and pack on Saturdays and have pickups on Sundays for many reasons. Because of this, we ask that members either find someone else to pickup their order for them that day, opt for delivery (to your residence or another family in Williamsburg/ JCC), or opt to donate it to a family in need. In the event that you choose an alternate pickup person, please make them aware that we do not offer pickups outside of the pickup window.
6. ๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐:
Each week members will receive 5-7 units of various items made or grown right here on our farm*. Produce assortment you may receive throughout the season includes; sugar snap peas, green beans, okra, tomatoes, peppers, sweet potatoes, summer squash, zucchini, winter squashes, cucumbers, eggplant, celery, carrots, beets, radishes, turnips, cabbage, kohlrabi, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, collards, swiss chard, arugula, spinach, lettuce, onions, garlic, basil, cilantro, parsley, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and whatever else we can fit! You may also receive goodies made on farm such as jams, jellies, pickles, homemade kamut bread, and our raw, local honey. An email will go out each week letting you know whatโs in your box along with recipes and ideas for what to do with each item.
*There are occasions where we may have a crop failure or weren't able to fit something into rotation, in which case we may source an item or two. In this event, we make sure we know and trust that our source's growing practices align with ours.
7. ๐๐ฑ๐ฑ-๐ผ๐ป๐:
Members will be able to purchase eggs on a weekly basis, no prepay this time as egg production can vary dramatically going into the cooler months. Other additional items can be purchased throughout the season such as canned goods depending on availability (cowboy candy, pickles, pepper jelly, and jams), honey, and maybe even some baked goods made with fresh milled flour.

- About Us -
We are Josh & Lauren Jones and our family goes back many generations here in Williamsburg. We homeschool our 4 young children and both work off farm. Weโve had chickens and small gardens all throughout our 15 years of marriage, but always had bigger dreams. While weโve always wanted to farm, the real push came from wanting a healthier alternative to what we could find in the grocery store. When we started asking questions at local farmers markets, we quickly realized that not many of them grow their own produce, so they didnโt have answers to a lot of the questions we were asking. Thatโs when we realized we needed to take the plunge sooner, rather than later. So back in 2020, shortly before the shutdown, we finally took the leap - we ordered our first meat chickens and started fencing in our front yard for what would become Pine Dell Farmstead. We started slow, mainly just growing for our family; but, we knew we needed to make it possible for others in our community to know their farmer and know where their food was coming from. In 2022 we got bees and started selling our honey and produce through various avenues. In 2023 we ran our first CSA and for our current busy life schedule, we decided this is the best market for us, for now. We've now added a lot more laying hens and bee colonies and weโre growing bigger every year! We take pride in our growing practices and we love the fact that our children can walk out to the garden and eat something right off the plant without worrying about harmful chemicals!
